RETURN POLICY

Not obsessed?  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ALL SALE items, discounted items (including items purchased with a discount/promo code), jewelry, panties, home & beauty products, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

  1. Start your return by CLICKING HERE. (SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE)
  2. Once you have found your order, click the "Request Return" button. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  3. Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a return label fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  4. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off at your nearest shipping location.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the item for a refund back to your card or for a refund in the form store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Refunds and Processing

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Desert Palm.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
